Rooted in Connection

I believe that at our core, we all seek safety, belonging, and the freedom to be our authentic selves. My approach to therapy is client-led and collaborative—meaning you are the expert on your life, and I am here to provide the tools and support to help you navigate it.

My work is deeply influenced by the belief that our past doesn’t have to dictate our future. By untangling generational patterns and understanding our internal "systems," we can create a life that feels more aligned with who we truly are.
ABOUT ME

Maggie Dungan

Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), MS (she, her)
Our lives require us to navigate a number of challenges simultaneously, and sometimes we all need a little extra support to find our way through them. Whether those challenges include family dynamics, relationship challenges, anxiety or depression, grief and loss, developmental transitions, or otherwise, I am here to support you through it all.

I work with individuals, couples, and families using evidence-based practices such as Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT). I graduated from Colorado State University with a Masters of Science in Human Development and Family Studies, MFT specialization. I have worked with individuals and families across the lifespan, in schools, outdoors, in research studies, and community-based settings.

My practice is trauma-informed, client-led, and celebrating of all gender identities, sexual orientations, relationship structures, and cultural backgrounds.

My goal is to support you or your relationship(s) as you develop greater attunement to your needs for safety, connection, and authentic self-expression. I work to help you to untangle generational patterns of conflict, communication, and trauma to create new ways of interacting that align better with who you are at your core. Let's connect!
