Headway

To make the billing process as seamless as possible, I partner with Headway.

Headway helps me manage the administrative side of insurance, ensuring your claims are processed quickly and your benefits are verified accurately. Once we decide to work together, you will receive an email from Headway to set up your account and input your insurance information. If you are a private pay client, you will be directed on Headway to enter your card information instead.

Headway will help to verify your coverage and will provide you with information about your co-pay. Please note that Headway provides the insurance information for individual therapy only.

Private Pay

The following rates apply for those who choose not to use insurance:

Individual, Couple, & Family Therapy

$160

per hour session

Payment due at time of service. Payable via Credit/Debit or HSA/FSA cards. Superbill provided upon request.

Sliding Scale Option

I believe that quality mental health care should be accessible. To support this value, I reserve a limited number of reduced fee spots in my practice for clients facing financial hardship.

These spots are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. If my standard fee is a barrier for you, please let me know during our initial consultation so that we can discuss if a reduced rate is currently available.
